At Birmingham Royal Ballet we're proud to be recognised for creating and delivering outstanding performances that are truly memorable, whether great classical ballets or new works reflecting modern society.
We are delighted to be working with Leading Edge Performance to build on our obsession with high performance – a passion we share with them.
We started working with Leading Edge Performance back in 2018, and the following year then BRB physiotherapist Kate Davis spoke at their ‘Winning Mindset’ event. Since then, various BRB senior leaders have regularly attended and contributed to their Performance Hub community.
A high-pressure environment such as the world of professional ballet thrives with strong leadership and a culture focused on ensuring the wellbeing of both individuals and teams. Leading Edge Performance are currently designing and facilitating a Team Coach led journey, aligned with their Highly Effective Teams approach, to support our Senior Leadership Team’s journey to high performance.
Leading Edge Performance are supporting us as we work on the following:
