Tara Bishop is a founder member of Freefall. She joined the company over 20 years ago and she’s been to every session and every performance since. Tara moves in the most beautiful, lyrical way and many of her movements find their way into Freefall choreography.

Another of Freefall’s founder members, Tara is truly dedicated to dance, having attended workshops and performed with ACE Dance Company, Birmingham Royal Ballet, DanceXchange and mac Birmingham. She attends the Elizabeth Gunn Day Centre, having now completed her studies at Handsworth College. Outside of Freefall Tara enjoys caravanning with her large family and loves nothing better than a night of Karaoke. One of Tara’s many strengths is dance improvisation and this has been evident in every one of Freefall’s productions to date.
