Marta Kluczyńska is a conductor known for her versatile repertoire, spanning opera, ballet, and symphonic concerts. She makes her international debut with Birmingham Royal Ballet for Cinderella. In the 2024/2025 season, she will return to the Polish National Ballet to lead productions such as The Lady of the Camellias (John Neumeier's ballet), Giselle, and Pinocchio. She will also appear at the ballet of the Poznań Opera House (Don Juan, 4Pastor/Leon & Lightfoot/Bondara), the Polish Royal Opera, and with various symphony orchestras.

Since 2021, she has served as Music Director of the Polish National Ballet. Marta has collaborated with renowned ensembles, including Sinfonia Varsovia, the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Lviv Philharmonic, and the Wuppertal Symphony Orchestra. An alumna of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, she has participated in prestigious programs such as the Hart Institute for Women Conductors. She made her conducting debut at the Polish National Opera at the age of 24 with The Magic Flute.
