A longtime fan of BRB, Deborah Spence joined the Board in 2016.

Based in Birmingham, Deborah is a Chartered Accountant by training and has over 25 years’ experience in the Finance sector. She has worked as an adviser in Private Equity for both a Big Four firm and a Corporate Finance Boutique and as a Finance Director in a variety of executive, non-executive and consulting capacities.

She currently runs her own consulting business where she helps CEOs of established small and medium sized businesses to achieve sustainable growth through coaching, consulting and fractional CFO services.
