Chris Brookes
It’s our pleasure to introduce Chris Brookes. A former pupil at Fox Hollies school, Chris is a founder member of Freefall. Right from the earliest time, his movement quality and improvisational ability have blown audiences away.
Outside Freefall Chris enjoys part-time work for both Pinsent Masons solicitors and in a PDSA charity shop as an admin assistant. Now highly experienced, he first made his mark in Birmingham Royal Ballet’s Café Atlantic project back in 2002 and over the years has attended 100s of dance workshops in many styles from ballet through to street dance. He also has a love for music and has been known to travel the world watching live concerts. Chris has an enviable ballet technique and in addition to performing live, really excels in Freefall’s dance films. Chris’s highlights are many, not least partnering then BRB principal dancer Jenna Roberts in Freefall’s After Bach (choreographed by Sir David Bintley).
