Members of BRB’s LEAP Ambassadors gather around a member of BRB’s technical department to watch a wig being constructed. There is a member of BRB’s technical team sat down on a grey swivel chair. LEAP Ambassadors - application deadline fast approaching!

If you're aged 16 to 25 LEAP Ambassadors offers a great insight into the arts. Take part in group training sessions across a range of departments and job roles, with a focus on backstage and non-performing careers. Additionally, there is individual training, tailored to your availability and interests, where there’s the chance to directly shadow a member of staff and gain practical experience working on BRB projects and productions.

No qualifications, experience or knowledge of ballet are required, just a keen interest to learn, try something new and rise to new opportunities.
