Human ResourcesBirmingham Royal Ballet's Human Resources department is responsible for ensuring compliance with domestic and European employment and health and safety legislation by means of regularly creating, updating and applying employment policies and procedures. In addition the work of the department includes staff consultation and union negotiations (Equity, Musicians Union and BECTU), employee relations and welfare, managing the recruitment process, work experience and training and development for the diverse range of professionals that contribute towards the success of Birmingham Royal Ballet.
